AMBASSADOR TEAM:   INDIVIDUAL AMBASSADOR RESPONSIBILITES

  • Serve as a liaison between the Chamber and the membership


  • Make a commitment of one year to the Ambassador Team


  • Attend a minimum of 8 of the 10 scheduled monthly Ambassador Team meetings


  • Absence from three monthly meetings will serve as an indication of an individual's inability or lack of desire to be an active     Ambassador Team member and constitutes reason for termination of team membership


  • Distribute welcoming materials and serve as a mentor to new Chamber members


  • Contact new and existing members as assigned to increase retention, promote the Chamber and obtain member feedback


  • Provide Chamber staff with any necessary information within 15 days of receipt (i.e. new contact, person, change of
        address, etc.) and report any complaints, questions, suggestions or other request of the Chamber


  • Provide support for other activities/events that the Chamber sponsors


  • Identify, refer and help recruit potential new Chamber member organizations


  • Keep informed of Chamber activities and initiatives and inform others


  • Submit a monthly tally sheet and member survey information on a timely basis (completed canvass cards / visit forms
        must be turned in with the monthly point tally sheet in order for points to be awarded)


  • Maintain a minimum of 60 points per month
