About The Chamber
The Jennings County Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization with a long-time history in our community since 1955. Our organization has been a vital resource and partner for local businesses working together to develop, network, educate, and encourage business owners and operators. We are committed to three major areas which impact our membership and community.
· Small Business Development & Retention
· Voice & Advocacy
· Learning & Development
The Chamber is a non-profit, autonomous organization governed by a Board of Directors and staffed by an Executive Director. The Chamber is not a governed agency, nor does it receive government funds. We are funded by membership dues and fundraising. Our relationship with the government is strictly as an advocate on legislative or regulatory issues that could affect your business.
The Chamber wears many hats in our community including handling a multitude of calls for request for relocation packets, school, local agency, and business information.
